Firearms Sales Policy
Dog Will Hunt Armaments
At Dog Will Hunt Armaments LLC, we take firearm sales seriously. All transactions are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Please review our sales policy before making a purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
Buyers must be 21 years of age to purchase handguns and 18 years of age to purchase rifles or shotguns.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all firearm purchases.
All buyers must pass the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check unless otherwise exempt by law.
In-Store Firearm Purchases
Firearms will only be transferred to the individual who completed the purchase and background check.
No straw purchases are allowed. Attempting to purchase a firearm for someone prohibited is a federal offense.
Online Firearm Purchases
Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
The customer is responsible for providing the receiving dealer’s FFL information at checkout.
Transfer fees are determined by the receiving FFL. (At our shop, we charge a $25 transfer fee.)
Special Orders & Transfers
Customers may special order firearms through Dog Will Hunt Armaments.
All incoming transfers require a $25 transfer fee, due at the time of pickup.
Firearms not picked up within 30 days of arrival may incur storage fees.
Returns & Cancellations
Once a firearm has been transferred to a customer, all sales are final.
If a background check is denied, a 15% restocking fee applies to canceled orders.
Accessories, parts, and non-serialized items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Important Legal Notice
Firearm ownership is a serious responsibility. It is the buyer’s duty to know and follow all applicable laws regarding possession, storage, and use of firearms.
Dog Will Hunt Armaments LLC reserves the right to refuse any sale that raises concerns of legality or safety.
